Warehouse Associate II

We are looking for two people to join our team!

Warehouse Associate II pay range is $22-24 per hour. Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, and a 4% 401k match with immediate vesting.

What you’ll do as a Warehouse Associate II:

• Learn King’s products, components, processes, and procedures.
• Become fully self-sufficient in all Warehouse skill areas, including picking, inventory, and receiving.
• Take care of your internal customers – pick orders and deliver parts to Assembly and Fabrication.
• Maintain accurate inventory records – use our ERP system to track all product moves and help chase down any difference between the physical counts and system counts.
• Receive goods and replenish the warehouse – store materials using FIFO principles.
• Grow your skills – actively engage in cross training and continuous improvement efforts.
• Follow all safety rules including the proper use of pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, other powered equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Take direction and work independently. 
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Be actively engaged in continuous improvement efforts.
• Be on time for every shift – reliable attendance is a must!

• 3-5 years’ experience with general inventory control and material handling.
• 1-2 years’ experience using inventory control software (ERP, MRP, or WMS).
• Experience using forklifts and order pickers. It’s okay if your certification has lapsed, we’ll re-train you.
• Flexibility and willingness to pivot focus – production needs often change throughout the day.
• Keen attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs and ability to stand and walk for your full shift.
• Bonus points if you are familiar with Lean Manufacturing concepts, Microsoft Dynamics GP, or Panatrack.

• The pay range for this position is $22.00-24.00 per hour.

Hours & Address:

• This is a full-time opportunity working 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday, plus overtime as needed.
