Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and industry regulations.
- Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and distributor relationships.
- Proficiency in English; Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with employees and clients.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- Proven track record of territory growth and team development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead a team of sales representatives and coach them in their respective field.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

- Salary range: $141741-$181741 per year.
