The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, managing complex B2B sales cycles, and developing distributor relationships. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales management role within the industrial manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record managing complex B2B sales cycles and distributor relationships.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals.
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
- Manage sales staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees.
- Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
- Meet with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Pay/Benefits
Our client offers a competitive salary range of $141,531-$181,531 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
