As a Manager of Financial Due Diligence, you will play a pivotal role in our transaction advisory engagements, focusing on private equity and strategic corporate investments. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing financial and operational aspects of target companies, ensuring the integrity of accounting records, and leading management interviews. You will be instrumental in managing the economics of engagements, overseeing staffing, and maintaining adherence to our stringent Quality & Risk Management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research, interviews, and analysis of financial data to discern trends, business drivers, and financial health, influencing transaction values.
  • Investigate technical accounting matters, assessing their impact on transaction valuation and structure.
  • Develop comprehensive analyses and reports for client delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional advisors, including tax specialists, legal counsel, and investment bankers.
  • Lead and mentor a team in detailed financial scrutiny to pinpoint critical deal considerations and valuation adjustments.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring team efficiency and productivity.
  • Support and drive business development initiatives, crafting compelling proposals for prospective clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both local and international accounting standards.
  • 3 years of experience in financial due diligence/ quality of earnings.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to business development and proposal creation.
  • Analytical acumen, with a preference for candidates possessing data analysis capabilities.
  • CPAΒ or CFA preferredΒ
