Unit Description

Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and retail services at Rate Field, home of the Chicago White Sox, and has been a partner of the White Sox since 1940. We manage concession stands at the 40,615-seat stadium with a menu offering Windy City-inspired favorites.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, manage, train, and coach hourly commissary team members on policies, procedures, duties, and activities, receiving commissary merchandise, verifying receiving slips, forwarding invoices, confirming accurate inventory, and ensuring correct stock is delivered to the correct locations
  • Adhere to updated sanitation laws and requirements, ensuring proper sanitation procedures are followed by team members
  • Determine quantities of food, beverage, and related products required for adequate stock and purchase as necessary, following established company guidelines
  • Prepare various operational reports, keeping records relating to purchases, sales, and requisitions, and complete a monthly inventory
  • Operate a Motor vehicle when necessary

Qualifications

  • At least one year of supervisory or management experience, Preferably in a warehouse setting
  • Minimum one year of warehouse experience
  • Experience in inventory distribution and control, logistics, purchasing, and sanitation procedures
  • Strong computer skills
  • Capacity to work flexible hours
  • Must have a valid driver's license
